About Life Max Support

At Life Max Support Services, we believe exceptional care is built on compassion, respect, genuine relationships and clinical excellence. As a Registered NDIS Provider, we deliver high-quality, person-centred community nursing and counselling services that empower people to live safely, independently and with dignity.

Founded by Registered Nurse Kylie Bax, Life Max combines more than 20 years of nursing experience across acute care, community nursing, neurological conditions and complex clinical care with lived experience supporting neurodivergent individuals. This unique combination allows us to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person's strengths, goals and individual needs.
